Security is very important to our company...how well do you screen your employees?

All Prestige employees go through a thorough background check with the company Allied Security which includes a drug screening. All employees have a valid driver’s license and social security card.

Are any of your worker's subcontractors?

No. All Prestige cleaners are employees of Prestige Property Services backed by its workers compensation insurance, general liability insurance and are bonded.

Will we have the same cleaners in our facility each time?

Yes. If, for any reason, a crew change is necessary you will be notified of the change and why the change was made.

ls there any wording on our service agreement that locks us into a long term contract?

No. All our service agreements can be cancelled with a 30 day written notice.

What if we like to have our facility cleaned during the day?

We do offer daytime cleaning and your account representative would be more than happy to set this up for you.

When we call your office, how quickly can we expect a response back?

Prestige’s receptionist will page your account manager immediately and you will receive a call back within minutes and will also receive a visit that same day if requested.

Do you offer any special discounts to your customers?

Yes. To our regular cleaning customers, we offer discounts on all our carpet cleaning services, hard floor services and window cleaning services.

Do you offer any residential cleaning or have employees that can be utilized as servers and cleaners’ at large events or parties?

Yes. Your account manager can explain this in more detail.

What do you consider the number one difference between Prestige Property Services and its competitors?

We are frequently told by our customers that we’re the one company that when called to have something taken care of or fixed that it gets taken care of right away. You don’t have to call a second time. We are also a company that customizes all its cleaning services to fit “your” needs.

What kind of quality control system do you have in place?

Throughout each month you will be visited by your account manager that will inspect your facility, talk with you about any related cleaning issues and then report back to you on how the issue was resolved.
