All Prestige employees go through a thorough background check with the company Allied Security which includes a drug screening. All employees have a valid driver’s license and social security card.
No. All Prestige cleaners are employees of Prestige Property Services backed by its workers compensation insurance, general liability insurance and are bonded.
Yes. If, for any reason, a crew change is necessary you will be notified of the change and why the change was made.
No. All our service agreements can be cancelled with a 30 day written notice.
We do offer daytime cleaning and your account representative would be more than happy to set this up for you.
Prestige’s receptionist will page your account manager immediately and you will receive a call back within minutes and will also receive a visit that same day if requested.
Yes. To our regular cleaning customers, we offer discounts on all our carpet cleaning services, hard floor services and window cleaning services.

We are frequently told by our customers that we’re the one company that when called to have something taken care of or fixed that it gets taken care of right away. You don’t have to call a second time. We are also a company that customizes all its cleaning services to fit “your” needs.
Throughout each month you will be visited by your account manager that will inspect your facility, talk with you about any related cleaning issues and then report back to you on how the issue was resolved.
