Part-Time Cleaner/Janitor (Laguna Hills)

Part-Time Cleaner/ Janitor needed for Laguna Hills. Individual must be a team player, detailed oriented, self-starter, able to work independently, follow instructions and flexible. Bilingual candidate preferred but not required. Drug screening required.

Job Summary:

A cleaner/ janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean and working office building which he/she is assigned based upon customer needs.

Shift

• Tuesdays and Fridays
• Start Time: After 6 pm
• Hours: 5 hours per service day
• Pay Rate: $12 per hour

Qualifications:

• Minimum (1) year working experience in janitorial.
• Ability to follow instructions closely and carry out assignments to completion.
• Must be a self-starter
• Must pass drug screening and employment background check.

Part-Time Day Porter

Part-Time Day Porter needed for Inglewood. Individual must be a team player, detail oriented, proactive, self-starter, able to work independently, follow instructions to completion and flexible. Drug screening required.

Job Summary: A Day Porter is responsible for maintaining a clean and working building which he/she is assigned based upon customer needs. Some of the Day Porter duties will include but not limited to maintaining the parking lot free of trash and debris, light painting when needed, remove the trash from all trash cans, and walk the building and take notes to report to the customer

Shift

• Monday through Friday
• Hours: 3
• Start Time: Anytime between 9:00 am and 4:00 p.m.
• Pay Rate: $12.50 per hour

Qualifications

• Minimum (1) year working experience in janitorial.
• Ability to follow instructions closely and carry out assignments to completion.
• Must be a self-starter
• Must pass drug screening and employment background check.
