Day Porter Services
Prestige is proud to offer Day Porter Technicians on site at your company from 20 to 40 hours per week. Our day porters and day matrons typically work 6am to 3pm or 8am to 5pm. This program is excellent for multi-tenant properties or buildings that have at least 40,000 square feet of cleanable office space. Prestige Property Services carries all the associated overhead of insurances, payroll taxes, workers compensation and liability insurance. Prestige’s day porter services include:
- Restroom cleaning and disinfecting
- Sweeping, mopping and polishing of floors
- Entrance, reception area and foyer cleaning
- Wipe and disinfect light switches
- Kitchen and lounge cleaning
- Surface dusting
- High dusting
- Sanitizing all lavatory fixtures, sinks, partitions, walls, etc…
- Vacuuming
- Window washing and blind cleaning
- Cleaning of light fixtures, baseboards, etc…
- Emergency calls on site
